This role would serve as a friendly point of contact between residents and the HOA for street-level questions, ideas, or concerns. Pay your dues on time!
It will soon be travel and vacation season – remember motor homes, campers, boats and trailers cannot be stored outside of your garage for extended periods of time.
Clean up after your pets - it’s the right thing to do!
Keep your yard tidy – that means mowing, trimming, weeding, and removing dead plants.
Trash cans and garbage shouldn’t be stored in front of your house - put trash curbside no sooner than the night before pick-up.
Remove your holiday lights in a timely manner – if they’re still up, it’s been too long.
