We’re exploring the idea of having volunteer Street Representatives to help improve communication and strengthen our neighborhood connections. This role would serve as a friendly point of contact between residents and the HOA for street-level questions, ideas, or concerns. If you’re interested in learning more or helping shape this concept, we’d love to hear from you.

WINTER HAS ARRIVED!

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR

Pay your dues on time!

It will soon be travel and vacation season – remember motor homes, campers, boats and trailers cannot be stored outside of your garage for extended periods of time.

Clean up after your pets - it’s the right thing to do!

Keep your yard tidy – that means mowing, trimming, weeding, and removing dead plants.

Trash cans and garbage shouldn’t be stored in front of your house  - put trash curbside no sooner than the night before pick-up.

Remove your holiday lights in a timely manner – if they’re still up, it’s been too long.

Please remember to...

Who do I contact?

We are happy that you have chosen Lancaster as your home and would like to provide some information that might be helpful to you as a homeowner. Lancaster is a community where all properties are held, sold and conveyed subject to the governing documents of the Association bylaws that you received at closing.
