The Lancaster Homeowners Association was established in October of 2004. You can find Lancaster off of Heydenreich Road between 21 Mile road and 22 Mile road. Our subdivision is comprised of approximately 250 families. The Board of Directors consists of three or more volunteers - all of us neighbors in this beautiful community! We strive to volunteer our time and act for all residents to help preserve property values and keep Lancaster a community of which we can be proud. We hope you will become involved in the activities of the Lancaster Homeowners Association!
